Megan 1st lesson @ Growing up Gifted

My little darling finally started her 1st lesson at Growing up Gifted this afternoon.. Had being looking forward for today as i enrolled her since October 08. Don't have picture to show you guys as i dun think we are able to do so. Below is her weekly brief of the lesson :)

Skill Focus : Cause & effect, fine motor skill, problem solving, size & shape discrimination, spatial awareness.
In this activity. Children enhance their fine motor skill and ability to discriminate among shapes and sizes. It also provides a good science lesson in balance as well as causation.

Projects : Apple Bopping

Learning areas : Science, Math, Motor

Objectives : An introduction to crunchy fruit apple
Highlights the colours, red and green children explore
Bopping the apples up and down in this science activity
In addition children learn counting as they sing to song
, “ Ten Little Apple”

Angela's comment : Overall my little darling enjoyed the session today. As a
Mommy, we know if our children enjoyed and absorbed.. And
I think Megan does. They also have 15mins of Chinese session
Which I find it does balance off the whole lesson.. Very impress.
