Munchy Donuts

" Munchy Donut " ... I am a donut person and i can have 6 at one go. But of course i will feel very sinful after eating them but hey... who cares when is donuts are so soft and tasty. They come is box of 6 ($6.50 per/box) and box of 12 ($12.00 per/box) with over 10 favours. My personal favorites are O'shoik which you see on the picture attached, banana, and peanut butter. You don't see the other 2 in the picture cos is sold out and to have them we have to wait for another 30mins... so we gave up. I gave them 4.5 stars as so far they are the best compare to the rest.. mainly they are very fresh and soft and 1 wont be enough for you stomach. Shirlene was so angry when she saw this picture.. heehee! I wanted to buy for them to try but is at Katong, too far to go their during lunch time and if i buy a day before, it wont be nice.. so Shirlene, come to my place one of the Sunday and i shall bring you there and you eat them fresh oki... hee :p

David's Favorite Prawn Mee

Is the above picture tempting?? Is really very yummy!!

Every Saturday morning, prawn mee is a must for us, or else David will feel something is missing. Cos is so nice, we must be there early, if not you will only have the normal prawn mee without the pork ribs. David dun take pork but this pork ribs is so nice and goes so well with their chili, he will finish the whole lots of it. Is always very crowded and the longest we waited is like half and hour. We were so regular there till the lady taking order know what i want before i even tell her. Good customer services right.... haha! We were first bought to eat at this shop by my dad and ever since then, we are stuck with it. Is at Geyland Lor 42, go try and you will love it!

10 reasons why you should leave office by 6 pm

My work station

Not long ago my friend Margaret gave me a pot of plant. I left it in the office as this plant is suitable to keep in air-con room and is okay with no sun lights. I am pretty excited as i always love plants just that David don't like me to have them at home. Reason being ... "ANTS" heehee!! I use to keep orchids at our balcony but it seems to attract ants and he really hate it cos he hate "BUGS" so i have no choice buy to throw all always. Just few weeks ago i was asking him for permission to keep some herbs at the balcony as the balcony look so empty. Surprise!! he agreed. I just have to read up more on the herbs i wanted to keep as my balcony do get lots of direct sun lights in the morning and it can get very warm. So i must make sure the plants can stand that amount of heat. I am very auntie.... cos i wanted to have chili padi, lime, pandan leaves, curry leaves, basil etc in my balcony... haha, so when i need to cook, i can just pick them up from the balcony. Kekekeke like Jamie Oliver huh... have his own herbs garden. Is also a form of saving as when i need them i have to buy a pack from Cold Storage and usually i only use half and the other half is always in the rubbish bin. So wasteful.. Plants also keep me busy and have something to work on too actually... so looking forward to my secret garden (",)

Life is SHORT

One of my girlfriend send me this today and I find is really true about the above statement. Life is really short and why do us always feel miserable? I went to church last Sunday and the pastor was talking about " inner peace " We feel lost, angry, unhappy etc is because the inner peace in us is not there. As long as we find back our inner peace, things will be difference and we will be a happier person. At time i do feel very down and unhappy, thinking back the unhappiness mishap make things worst. But no one can denied that things are not the same anymore, but only advise me to move on and look forward. It will take a very long time to heal and i am sure is not an easy path ahead.

Give up when love ain't enough

Move on if things aren't like before

Cos there will be someone out there who will love you more

Sometimes is easier to say then done. How can one let go when you love that person so much???

Back to Work

Went back to work since 30Jul and have being 2 weeks plus now. I am feeling much better in fact but i dun denied that i still think about the mishap on and off. Life move on isn't it and i have to tell myself to have faith and i am sure next baby will be OK. Road ahead might not be easy but i am all prepared and i have David support which means alot to me. Right now i just have to stay healthy, think positive and be happy.

Coming back to work make me happier actually as i have less time alone at home. Colleagues here make a big difference to my life and cheer me up instantly. I really appreciate them as i know they really cares and concern about me and wanted me to come back to work so they can cheer me up and keep me company. I am luckily to have these circle of friends around.

On the other hand i feel sick of working here as i find the work i am doing now dun interests me anymore. But if i quit is also not very wise as means i will be alone at home again. As discuss with David, he thinks i should just work for the time being until i get preggie again then i quit. Sighzzzzz... so aimless!!

David manage to squeeze some time to take me for a holiday and we decided to go Taiwan and Bangkok. We had a great time in Taiwan before and really hope to go back there again. I know David really make an effort to keep me company and cheer me up. I feel bad as i keep wanting to pick a fight with him sometimes. For now i am really looking forward to our holiday together and hope i can strike again really soon. Baby dust on the while... :P

Have to take Thai Airways flights cos wanted to stop in Bangkok. Will stay back at Holiday Inn Bangkok as David love this hotel. Cant wait for November to come as this trip is to celebrate David and my birthday.. Really looking forward :)
